After building and burning out from his own contracting business, Derek discovered the power of well-designed systems. His breakdown became his breakthrough. When not helping contractors build better businesses, Derek is usually hiking in the BC forest, dirt biking in the summer, or snowboarding in the winter. He and his wife spent their honeymoon road-tripping across Western Canada in a camper trailer during COVID — and they wouldn’t change a thing.
