Konrad Fernandez is a Learning and Development professional and leadership skills coach with close to 30 years of cross-functional experience in L&D, sales, marketing, and operations. He is a passionate self-taught western classical music composer, author, speaker, facilitator, and coach.

He has delivered learning interventions for thousands of professionals across India, North America, Europe, South Africa, APAC, and the Middle East. He has also coached thousands of students on career and leadership skills. As a leadership coach, Konrad has worked with learners ranging from young students in school to C-level executives across industries.
