Mark Kreitzman has spent over two decades at the front lines of cybersecurity, long before digital privacy and mobile security became everyday concerns. He joined his first security company in 2002 and went on to help build multiple cybersecurity companies that were later acquired by major industry leaders, including Microsoft and Cisco. Over the years, he has held senior leadership roles at OpenDNS, Mobolize, and Lattice Security, and he is also a member of the Silicon Valley Telecom Council.

Today, Mark serves as General Manager at Efani, America’s most secure mobile service. Efani protects clients from SIM swap attacks, cell tower spoofing, SS7 vulnerabilities, eavesdropping, and other mobile-based threats through 11 layers of client-side security and a $5 million insurance policy. The company serves executives, crypto investors, celebrities, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals who cannot afford to leave their mobile identity exposed.

Mark’s mission is personal. In 2017, despite taking strong security precautions with his carrier, he became the victim of a SIM swap attack. The experience left him angry, paranoid, and determined to help others avoid the same nightmare. Now, he educates audiences on how easily a phone number can become the entry point to identity theft, crypto theft, financial loss, and even physical danger.

Mark is also the host of the Efani Features Podcast, where he interviews ethical hackers, founders, and privacy experts about the fast-changing threats shaping the digital world. He has a gift for making complex security risks feel simple, urgent, and practical for everyday people and business leaders.
