Glenn Poulos is an entrepreneur and strategist now building his third company, ProgUSA. The company supplies the power industry with tools and equipment that help test, maintain, and strengthen the modern grid. His work supports utilities, contractors, and the rising needs tied to data centers and AI power demand.

Glenn started his first company at twenty-nine and grew it for fifteen years before a strong exit. He later co-founded Gap Wireless in 2007 and helped grow it to more than eighty million in revenue before another strong eight-figure exit.

After two wins in technology and distribution, Glenn shifted paths. He moved from Toronto to Orlando to lead ProgUSA and step into a new industry, new customers, new products, and a new country. The move reflects his belief that growth comes from changing lanes when others stay put.
