Detailed Biography:

Holly Golebiowski is the Partner of LeaderSkills and began with the company in late 2018.

LeaderSkills offers two, three-month intensive leadership development programs designed to transform managers into effective leaders. Each program contains six modules, each introducing a new concept and providing real-world tools for immediate application in the workplace. Participants engage in fieldwork assignments to apply their new knowledge directly to their business contexts. The program includes live, facilitated group discussions via videoconference, allowing for deepened learning, coaching, and idea sharing. Designed for managers of fast-growing businesses seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities efficiently, the program requires a commitment of one to two hours per week over the three-month period.

She completed her Professional Coaching Training at Coach U and has been an Executive Coach for five years. In her coaching practice and her role as Lead Facilitator of LeaderSkills, Holly works with mid to upper-level management, high-potential leaders, and struggling leaders in her coaching practice. She draws from over 25 years of business management and leadership experience, operating in roles such as a COO and Vice President of Operations at privately held companies and most recently creating and building her own successful real estate business.

Holly has survived and thrived in the high stress, high turnover, fast growth, downsizing, initiative overload, culture that exists in most C-Suites today. She is passionate about helping motivated leaders who strive to take themselves and their organizations to the next level and to help them find balance between work and personal life.

Holly has a unique experience in those 8 years into a very successful career, she made the jump from management in the field to the corporate level and found herself floundering. She was lucky enough to find an amazing Executive Coach who, within six months, took her from concerns of being terminated to being back to the top of her peer group and soon after, was back on the path to consistent promotions. She draws from this experience to improve her coaching and leadership training and strives to have the same impact with her clients. Oh, and, that amazing Executive Coach, was no less than, Nan O’Connor, the creator of LeaderSkills and what Holly learned in those six months was the beginning of LeaderSkills.

Holly is a direct and open – she believes self-awareness and emotional intelligence lead to transformation of oneself. She believes it is important to look inward and self-reflect before you can disrupt your beliefs, values, approach, and vision to achieve the improved results you seek. She pushes clients out of their comfort zone; she believes in disrupting the status quo but understands change takes time. She works together with students and clients to plot a course that allows them to lead with confidence, focus, and positivity in their organization.

Holly graduated from Tiffin University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2005. She also owns her own Real Estate company, local to Atlanta, and offers a wide array of services from consulting to management services. Holly has enjoyed being a trail blazer throughout her career; when an employer asked her to move, she moved; this allowed her to live throughout the United States prior to landing in Atlanta. She has especially enjoyed the transition from leading to helping leaders. Holly has been happily married for ten years and spends her spare time cooking and spending time with her family and friends. She is a big fan of Ohio State Football and will be found in front of a TV each Saturday in the fall to cheer on her team. She enjoys donating her time to local charities whenever possible. She and her husband love to travel frequently, exploring sandy beaches, historical towns and visit his family across the pond in Warsaw, Poland.
