I started my career as a performer – actor, musician, songwriter, playwright. A fascination with technology led me to a career that took me to top executive positions in a number of companies and took me around the world working for companies and governments from Africa to Asia I’ve taught at several major universities in Canada. I started my own tech company that I ran for a number of years, ran a publishing company and today works largely as a podcast host and writer.

Humanity and civilization is a tipping point. Our future direction could be dystopian or utopian – or maybe a mix of both. But we will see a greater change in the next 10 years than in the past 3,000. I hope that I will give the audience some understanding of that future and maybe some ideas of how they live through this next decade.
