Neil combines the worlds of business, the military and extreme sports to inspire anyone to achieve “big goals”. His experience as a business owner, senior sales executive in a large US company, and in extreme sporting events is used to enable individuals, teams, leaders and businesses achieve more in all aspects of their lives.
Neil is the founder and Director of XNRG Ltd and Extreme Energy Ltd. He was introduced to extreme fitness events during his 12 years in the Army Reserve where he completed some of the toughest challenges the British Army has to offer.
He loves endurance activities and is a firm believer in constantly pushing personal boundaries, in sport and in business. Neil has competed in many endurance events over the years from marathons, to Ironman to multistage multi-sport events such as the Marathon Des Sables. In 2015 Neil entered the Yukon Arctic Ultra. Advertised as ‘The world’s coldest and toughest ultra!’ He entered the 300 mile event and finished first, testament to his competitive spirit.
Following this win Neil wrote a best selling book – Yucan: Achieve any Big Goal using the 7P formula for success.
His latest endurance challenge was in 2024 when he sailed in a ocean race from Airlie Beach in NE Australia to Zuhai in China, 5500 miles and 30 days at sea.
His focus now is to work with individuals, teams, leaders and businesses to help them achieve their Big Goals He does this through 1:1 and team coaching, motivational key note speaking and high energy workshops.
He lives in the UK and is married with 4 children and 2 grandchildren.
