From playing women’s university ice hockey on one of Canada’s first athletic scholarship programs in the early 1980s, to being the only woman in the country at her level in corporate — the token skirt in a room full of suits — choosing myself over a system that was never built for me, I have gathered wisdom the only way that counts. With over 28 years of leadership coaching, I work with senior leaders and C-Suite executives — primarily women — who are highly capable, incredibly successful, and completely done with performing a version of themselves that was never really them so that they can come home to their power.

Sport taught me performance. Music taught me to listen for what’s underneath. And my dog Ryder reminds me daily that showing up fully present is the game changer. I know what it takes to find my way back to myself, every day. And I know how to usher others through that same door.
