“A systemic coach dedicated to supporting mothers through the identity, relationship, and life transitions that follow childbirth. She combines science-based insights on neuroplasticity and postpartum physiology with practical tools for families and communities. Her work helps mothers thrive and equips the people around them to hold the postpartum period as a shared, supported transition.”
I am a systemic coach with a background in holistic health, passionate about supporting societal well-being in ways that are sustainable, meaningful, and practical. My work is driven by a desire to understand the roots of illness and to address the missing infrastructure for mothers—helping communities see how vital it is to care for those who give life.
From a young age, I loved bringing people together and watching my “tribe” thrive. Creative thinking has always been at the heart of what I do, and neuroplasticity is deeply embodied in my approach. When I face important decisions, I take the time to create new neural pathways, allowing me to see the bigger picture and align my mind, emotions, and actions. I carry deep respect for my ancestors and the work they contributed before me, and this serves as the cornerstone of my practice.
My background in holistic medicine has shaped me as a curious researcher and out-of-the-box thinker, able to see connections between the body, social systems, and broader societal structures. Systemic coaching is a tool I use to strengthen communication and create connection between the environments that shape each other. Through my work, I help mothers, families, and communities navigate complex transitions with awareness, balance, and empowerment, so both individuals and the systems around them can truly thrive.
- Neuroplasticity and systemic thinking offer practical tools to navigate identity shifts, deepen relationships, and create ripple-effect change.
- Mothers don’t struggle in isolation — the communities and families around them need to be resourced and aware too.
- Small, meaningful changes in how we hold the postpartum transition ripple outward, shaping healthier families and communities.
What does it mean for a community to truly ‘hold’ a mother through the postpartum transition — and what’s missing in how most societies approach this?
How does neuroplasticity play a role in helping mothers adapt to the identity shifts that come with having a child?
What is systemic coaching, and how do you use it to strengthen the relationship between a new mother and the people around her?
What is one small, practical change that families can make right now to better support a mother in the postpartum period?
- What your audience will gain from this episode:
- Understanding why the postnatal period is not just a personal experience but a shared one that the whole family and community needs to navigate together.
- Practical ways to use the brain’s natural plasticity to build new patterns, strengthen relationships, and align emotions with actions during major life transitions.
- How to see the invisible connections between the environments that shape us — and how shifting one part of the system creates positive change throughout.
- Tools and perspectives that help mothers feel seen, supported, and capable of shaping the conditions around them, rather than simply surviving them.
