These website terms explain how to use our content and enquiries. Any service engagement is governed by its separately agreed written scope and terms.

Information, not a promise of placement

Website information helps explain the service. Podcast hosts retain editorial control over guest selection, recording and publication. No specific show, publication date, audience size, lead count or sales result is promised by browsing this site or sending an enquiry.

Campaign scope and payment

Fit criteria, deliverables, an exact confirmed booking target, cancellations, replacements and renewals are agreed in writing before work begins. Guest-booking packages require no upfront payment; the package is invoiced only after its agreed confirmed booking target is complete. Pay-per-booking work is billed at $20 per qualifying confirmed booking. There is no extra monthly charge solely because the agreed target takes longer to reach, and there is no automatic monthly renewal. Expected package counts are not guarantees of completion within a calendar month. Other services have a separately agreed scope and fee.

Accurate guest information

You are responsible for providing accurate information and approving the credentials, stories and topics used to represent you. We do not invent qualifications or results for outreach.

Editorial resources

Journal articles offer general practical guidance. Examples and exercises are illustrative and do not represent actual client results unless explicitly stated. An archive planning date is not evidence that an article was previously published. Verified publication dates are shown only when supported by the editorial record.

Content and third-party websites

Do not present our content or another person’s interview as your own. Linked sites, podcast artwork and guest materials remain subject to their respective owners’ permissions.
